Upcoming Monday Patch Queue Review availability for Carlos.

I'm currently in Tokyo for the rest of December, and because of
that I'm not going to be attending the Monday Patch Queue Review
for December 8th, 15th, 22nd, or 29th.

The first meeting that I attend again is January 5th 2026.

However, during these coming weeks I can help to review patches as
normaly, but will be doing so outside of my normal hours.

I'm working on review for one of the desriables (SIGEV_THREAD).
