[PATCH v2] aarch64: add optimised strspn/strcspn

I had forgotten to compile strcspn for cfi directives -- I think these
should be alright.  Also corrected using too much stack for callee-saved
registers.

Thanks for the information on instruction fetching.  Alignment fixed so now
each loop should be aligned to 16.
