I would like to update the machine maintainers for glibc for aarch64.

Would you find it acceptable if I removed "Marcus Shawcroft" from machine
maintainers for glibc AArch64 and in your stead nominated Yury and Wilco?

Yury and Wilco have been working hard to maintain the machine port and
ensure that generic changes work for AArch64.

position is not tied to a given company, and we can always use the help.
