[PATCH v2] Propagate -ffile-prefix-map from CFLAGS to ASFLAGS.

[Khem Raj]

-ffile-prefix-map also implies -fdebug-prefix-map
and some systems may use --ffile-prefix-map for building
reprodubile systems
