[PATCH v2 0/2] Make non-executable stack disable by default

First patch is a stackinfo.h cleanup for better default, while the
second is the patch to disable executable stacks.

Changes from v1:
* Fixed tests invocation without --enable-hardcoded-path-in-tests.
* Added hurd, hppa, mips exceptions.
