Oh, and two things I didn't include in that proposed patch: * Documentation for the TZDIR environment variable. This has security implications. Is the variable intentionally undocumented? * Documentation for wcsftime_l. Does anybody actually use this function? It's not standardized. Perhaps leave it undocumented?
