Hi all,

as of today 21 Dec 2024 we're in "soft freeze" for glibc-2.41.

 * No *starting* of new features
 * Avoid changes to translateable strings
 * Decision / figuring out what goes still in and what goes not
 * Review and addition of patches

Also, please, let's try to get everything
 - currently under construction and
 - intended for 2.41 that
 - changes test results by design (i.e., math changes)
completed and pushed soon.

In the meantime, to everyone who celebrates it a merry christmas, and to
all of you hopefully an enjoyable holiday break and a happy new year!

Best,
Andreas
