Once your patch gets at least one "reviewed-by" and nobody objects, and
enough time has gone by for others to have an opportunity to comment,
you can assume you have consensus to commit your patch.
Congratulations!

The next step is getting the patch committed.  If you can do this
yourself, go ahead.  If not, just ask someone to commit it on your
behalf.  A simple "can someone commit this for me?" is usually
sufficient.
