Placing TLS dynamic relocations in the ELF_RTYPE_CLASS_PLT list
seems an unneeded hack for many ports. Can you check does loongarch
really need them?
*Removed*.

The _dl_init seems much more complex than the riscv counterpart.

This is a design issue of ifunc for many ports.
Ideally R_*_IRELATIVE relocations are only in .rela.dyn, not in
.rela.plt, then you can remove this branch.
*Definitely, for riscv, x86 and aarch64..., there are **R_*_IRELATIVEs
in their **.rela.plt.*
*But I don't understand why "Ideally R_*_IRELATIVE relocations are only
in .rela.dyn"?*
*Could you explain it?*
*or we just keep it now?
*
*Thanks.*
