[PATCH] support: Replace MINSIGSTKSZ with sysconf (_SC_MINSIGSTKSZ)

Replace MINSIGSTKSZ with sysconf (_SC_MINSIGSTKSZ) since the constant
MINSIGSTKSZ used in glibc build may be too small.
