What do you mean by 'any date instead'? Are you asking if we might delay
the release? If so, it is indeed possible we might delay by a couple days; 
but we are still aiming to release next week, by the end of the week (05) 
at most.

What do you mean 'HWCAP support'? Do you mean the new work done by Florian
to support the x86_64 abi and the glibc-hwcap? If so it will be on 2.33.

I have no idea which would be openSUSE Tumbleweed plan to support glibc
2.33.  You might want to check with them.

Also, there kind of question would be better to discuss on libc-help
instead of libc-alpha.
