nios2 port of glibc not buildable with GCC 11 (PR 97683)

We currently cannot build glibc on nios2 due to this issue:

I'm not sure what we can do about this issue.  None of the NIOS2 GCC
options appear relevant.  I guess we could build the file without
debugging information because curiously, this appears to avoid the bug.
(Given that, it might even be an assembler bug.)

Do you have any suggestions what we should do for the upcoming glibc
2.34 release?
