[PATCH] aio_suspend.3: SYNOPSIS: Use 'restrict' in prototypes

Thanks for spotting this. Perhaps if we apply this,
the patch should include something in CONFORMING TO to
note that POSIX doesn't specify 'restrict'. What do 
you think?
