[PATCH] Remove --enable-obsolete-rpc configure flag

Correct, now I see the handling which was moved there with other things in
acb527929d (sorry for overlooking that before). I run make check and nothing new
is failing (just string/tst-strerror, string/tst-strsignal, which are failing on
master, just like you reported before). I guess this patch could be merged.
