[PATCH v3] s390x: Add glibc-hwcaps support

Florian Weimer fweimer@redhat.com
Wed Dec 9 20:12:07 GMT 2020

Subdirectories z13, z14, z15 can be selected, mostly based on the
level of support for vector instructions.

Co-Authored-By: Stefan Liebler <stli@linux.ibm.com>

---
v3: Incorporated suggestions from Stefan. Tested on z14 and z15.
