Question regarding patchwork patches

Please forgive me the question - as I'm not experienced with glibc
development - but is there any time frame (plan) for review(s)? 

I've checked the patchwork and those patches are marked as State:
"New".

So the i686 'make check' uses the x86-64 toolchain with just -m32 switch
(no compilation with dedicated x86 cross compiler).
