[PATCH 0/2] Remove signal blocking from dlopen

These patches are on top of the previously posted patch, “dlopen: Fix
issues related to NODELETE handling and relocations”.

Tested (with the glibc testsuite) on x86_64-linux-gnu, i686-linux-gnu,
powerpc64le-linux-gnu.
