glibc 2.29: Reminder, only ~3 weeks to freeze!

What platform is this on?

We could consider removing support for building with GCC 4.9; it's more 
than a year since we moved to that as minimum version for building glibc, 
so maybe moving to GCC 5 as a minimum would now make sense.
