Since the RPC functions are already obsoleted (compat symbols unless you use --enable-obsolete-rpc), I think there is a good case for not providing _TIME_BITS=64 variants of them (#error in the relevant headers if used with _TIME_BITS=64), leaving it to TIRPC to provide such versions. -- Joseph S.
