[PATCH 37/58] Hide internal __bsd_getpt function [BZ #18822]

Hide internal __bsd_getpt function to allow direct access within
libc.so and libc.a without using GOT nor PLT.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/getpt.c (__bsd_getpt): Add
	attribute_hidden.
