[PATCH 28/58] Hide internal __malloc_check_init function [BZ #18822]

Hide internal __malloc_check_init function to allow direct access within
libc.so and libc.a without using GOT nor PLT.

	* include/malloc.h (__malloc_check_init): Add attribute_hidden.
