I'd like to complete my architecture testing for the release next week, so
I don't want things with a risk of architecture-specific problems going in
after the weekend. (I think /etc/resolv.conf reloading and tcache are
reasonably safe in that regard, sysdep-cancel.h and C11 threads less so.)
