12 - ru_RU: Add alternative month names - locale data skipped,

13 - uk_UA: Add alternative month names - locale data skipped,

14 - cs_CZ: Add alternative month names - locale data skipped,
     last posted: https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2016-12/msg00909.html

15 - Genitive month names imported from CLDR for all other languages
     which need this - locale data skipped, available in bugzilla
     and github.

16 - Month names imported from CLDR - for all languages which don't
     need the genitive cases but may need the month name capitalized
     when it is standalone and not capitalized when it is inside a sentence.
     Available in bugzilla and github.
