Please push them *after* the official kernel comes out with the bits.

We are not in a rush and adding the new hwcap bits can be done up to the
last minute before release on August 1st.

While I understand that most of this stuff is stable, it's good practice
to just wait for the kernel update. It also sets a good precedent that we
followed our own rules all the time :-)
