[committed] Fix failing sNaN tests on hppa

The attached change fixes the following math test failures on hppa:

FAIL: math/test-double-canonicalize
FAIL: math/test-float-canonicalize
FAIL: math/test-idouble-canonicalize
FAIL: math/test-ifloat-canonicalize

The sNaN payload tests fail in these tests.
