Rafal,

Do you have commit privileges yet? There have been no objections having you
and Mike as localedata maintainers, so if you want to harmonize this data
you should just commit changes to harmonize and make it consistent across
the languages. Taking care though to harmonize with whatever is in other
language sources (I can't remember if CLDR has yes/no data or not).
