PSA: Bug fixes should have regression tests.

This is just a friendly reminder that all of our bug fixes should
have regression tests. If we can't regression test the fix then
it hasn't been properly tested. We get away with this in some
instances because the testing infrastructure is missing, but
this will continue to improve with time (cgroup+chroot testing
coming next).
