Here is a new version of this patch. Â It (mostly) avoids fenv calls
when not needed and preserves any exceptions that may be set on entry
to the function.

	(__CONCATX): Handle exceptions correctly on large values that may
	set FE_INVALID.

        (OREGS, IREGS): Set based on IREG_SIZE and OREG_SIZE.
