[PATCHv3 2/4] ldbl-128: Use L(x) macro for long double constants

To be clear: I'm expecting a revised version of this patch for review that 
applies cleanly to current master.  (And please don't include an indented 
patch and script in the description as that causes trouble applying the 
patch submission - patch thinks the indented patch should be applied as 
well - attach them instead, or something like that.)
