glibc 2.25 --- Three months left of active development (volunteer RM?)

This is just a gentle reminder that there are 3 months left of
active development.

The freeze window is January with a release on February 1st 2017.

We are still looking for a volunteer release manager to run organize
and manage the freeze process with help from senior developers.
Volunteer now! :-)
