Great. I'm currently running the testsuite, will send v7 after I'm done.

So far, adding py-const to Rules seems to work. I thought adding it
directly to 'all' was a bit invasive though, so instead I added it to
'others' which is also part of 'all'. I can change this if you want,
though.
