dj/malloc ABI change for trace data files.

For anyone following dj/malloc malloc trace work.

I just pushed f9a7d78b73ab0bb943413d8641e5d36c15dddc79,
which makes the trace records 64-bytes (from 32-bytes)
on 64-bit machines.

It adds a lot more internal state information to the
traces like chunk sizes.

However, you won't be able to trace any of your old
traces anymore with the new tools :-)
