The addition of version GLIBC_2.24 to all libc.abilist files is
unnecessary now, because it has already happened (with the addition of
quick_exit).

The changes to misc/Versions only make a difference for non-Linux
configurations -- but, IIRC, they are necessary in that case.  Notice
that arm/nacl/libc.abilist adds symbols as well as version GLIBC_2.24.
That should still happen.
