Tests for CVE-2015-7547 --- glibc getaddrinfo() stack-based buffer overflow

The attached tarball contains the regression test framework
that was used to validate the changes for CVE-2015-7547.

The goal is to integrate all of these tests into glibc to
support future resolver cleanup and changes.
