* nptl/pt-longjmp.c [HAVE_IFUNC]: Remove.
(DEFINE_LONGJMP): Remove macro and inline definition.
(longjmp_alias): Renamed from longjmp_ifunc
(siglongjmp_alias): Renamed from siglongjmp_ifunc.
