I don't see any changes to sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/readelflib.c that I 
noted in <https://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2016-12/msg00214.html> 
would be expected (note that file is included by the AArch64 version of 
readelflib.c).
