CSS for the on-line manual

Hello,

Could the manual at <https://www.gnu.org/software/libc/manual/> be
updated to use the nicer CSS used by several GNU packages¹?

Gnulib contains a script, gendocs.sh, that generates the manual in all
the formats, using the right CSS by default, as well as the
manual/index.html page:

  http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnulib.git/tree/build-aux/gendocs.sh
