glibc 2.24 status: Waiting on PGP key update for upload to FSF servers.

I routinely expire my PGP keys, and as such I'm waiting on
ftp-upload@gnu.org to update my PGP keys before I can upload
glibc 2.24 for the release.

I should have done this weeks ago, but being busy only just
noticed that this was going to be a blocker (not synchronized
with Savannah view of PGP key).
