I will send when Chris ack that my changes are  what he asked.

Regarding the arch maintainers, the missing ports that I did not
get any reply were:

 * alpha: Richard Henderson
 * microblaze: David Holsgrove (does he still actively review?)
 * sh: no mantainer
 * ia64: Mike Frysinger
 * nio2: Chung-Lin Tang
