conformtest: Correct stdio.h expectations for fdopen [committed]

The conform/ test of stdio.h wrongly does not expect fdopen for XPG3
and XPG4.  fdopen is in those standards; this patch corrects the
expectations.

Tested for x86_64 and x86.  Committed.
