[PATCH] deprecate libnsl/libnss_*

Hi,

here is the second version of my patch to deprecate libnsl
and disable the depending libnss_* modules.
That should be the final one.

Ok, I found out that the still exported symbols where no bug but by
design, so I did the same approach for libnsl.
