[PATCH] Ignore LD_POINTER_GUARD for set-user-ID/set-group-ID binaries.

I think this merits a bug report in Bugzilla (and corresponding [BZ #N] 
notation in the ChangeLog entry, and inclusion in the list of fixed bugs 
in NEWS when committing the fix).
