The ChangeLog is still out of sync with the patch (it refers to 
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/powerpc32/fpu/ld.abilist but the actual 
file is sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/powerpc32/ld.abilist).
