[PATCH] Add LFS support for fts functions [BZ #11460]

Apart from the libc.abilist files, 
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/powerpc/powerpc64/libc-le.abilist also needs 
updating.

sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/mips/mips64/n64 needs to have #includes of the 
default fts.c / fts64.c (like those for ftw / ftw64, for example), because 
struct stat and struct stat64 are different for that configuration despite 
it using wordsize-64.
