I have been trying to keep x86 psABIs up to date. Since x86-32
psABI is based on x86-64 psABI, changes like this should go
into x86-64 psABI first. X86-64 psABI patches should be sent to
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/x86-64-abi
