The GNU C Library BoF at GNU Tools Cauldron and/or FOSDEM?

Hi Carlos,

I am not 100% sure but I'd say we at UPMC Paris 6 should try to attend 
Cauldron in Prague at least. We will come up with an abstract pretty soon.
