I saw a message from you with that subject, but it's best that we don't
even look at patches from Fujitsu-Nanda until the copyright situation is
sorted out.  We had to get colleagues to reimplement patches submitted
by Fujitsu from scratch, in a clean-room fashion, because others
involved in the project had been copyright-tainted by looking at the
patches.  This is not a reasonable situation for us to be in.

GNU libc can't accept non-trivial patches without the paperwork, and I'm
told Ma Shimiao faced impossible difficulties trying to get corporate
paperwork to submit to the FSF, and the personal assignment is not
enough for corporate contributions.

So please try to get the Fujitsu copyright paperwork situation sorted
out so that the GNU libc community can look at and consider merging
patches coming from you or from Ma Shimiao.

Please let us know when the situation is sorted out, and then send ping
messages to get the patches looked at and reviewed.
