lowlevellock systemtap probes: inconsistencies with documentation

I think we should just drop the lll_* probes from the documentation.
Those names appear nowhere in current systemtap sources.  If probes in
that area are concretely useful for something, then new ones can be
proposed when someone has a concrete use of them to demonstrate.
