Remove stray spurious-underflow markings from cexp test [committed]

I noticed that I'd left a spurious-underflow allowance behind in
auto-libm-test-in for a bug that was fixed some time ago.  This patch
removes it.

Tested for x86_64 and x86.  Committed.

(auto-libm-test-out diffs omitted below.)
