introduction

Hi all,

Since I will occasionally be helping the Red Hat glibc team
with issues related to the powerpc target (and perhaps others)
we thought I should introduce myself here.

My original background is C++ standard library development
(the Rogue Wave C++ standard library that used to ship with
several C++ compilers in the nineties and still ships with
HP aCC and Sun/Oracle Studio today) and more recently compiler
toolchain maintenance and support (GCC, Clang, and ICC and
Binutils). Besides all aspects of the toolchain I'm also
interested in standards development (C, C++, and POSIX).
I'm hoping to put those interests to use here as well.
